What counts as a "conversation"?

Each new conversation in chat counts toward your daily cap, regardless of how many messages you send within it. The counter resets at midnight UTC. If you upgrade mid-cycle, your cap increases immediately.

What happens if I exceed my plan's limits?

Tech Matrix will let you know in chat and prompt an upgrade. We don't surprise-bill — you stay in control of when (and if) to scale up.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Click "Manage subscription" above and cancel from the Stripe portal. Your account drops back to Free at the end of the current billing cycle — no proration, no extra charges.

Do you offer annual pricing?

Not yet. Monthly only for now. Reach out at support@techmatrix.ai if you'd like to discuss annual pricing or enterprise terms.

Is my data private?

Yes. Conversations and notes are scoped to your account. We don't train on your data. The Tech Matrix agent runs inside your environment so device credentials never leave your network.
